Alameda
Alameda de Hércules is an important walk of the historical center of Seville, the most extensive of the public spaces that you find inside the same one. For its location it is near to The Guadalquivir river and to the neighborhood of La Macarena. As relevant building you find the House of the Sirens(la Casa de las Sirenas), placete of the 20th century, today municipal building used as Civic Center, in which there are organized exhibitions, courses, workshops and cultural and local activities. In the surroundings of the Alameda, in the street dedicated to the Conte de Barajas, you also find the house in which was born the romantic writer Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer. In the night it is a lively zone of glasses and restaurants.  

Special conditions

The check in is made from 17 pm. The check out is made at 11 am. There is a charge of 30€ between 20 pm and 24 pm.
Contact us at least one day before the check in.
The deposit will be made with a credit card (visa o mastercard).
Once the online booking has been done, you will have to pay the 50% of the outstanding payment.
This payment has to be done within 48 hours and the policy of cancellation of this import is:
-from 8 to 29 days before the check in: 60% will be returned
-7 days before the check in: 40% will be returned
-with less than 7 days or in case of no show, nothing will be returned.
